I bought Premium but it’s locked

Open BirthWyn, tap the gear on Home to open Settings, and choose Restore purchases. Make sure your iPhone is signed in to the same Apple ID you used to buy Premium. Premium is a one-time purchase, so you never pay again.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. You can ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

A meditation won’t play

Meditations stream or download over the internet. Check your connection and try again. Once a meditation has downloaded, it plays offline too.

I’m not getting the morning word

In Settings, check that Morning delivery is on. Then open your iPhone’s Settings, tap Notifications, then BirthWyn, and make sure notifications are allowed.

My baby is here. How do I switch?

Open Settings (the gear on Home) and choose Your baby. From week 40, Home also shows a Baby is here card. BirthWyn then turns to postpartum meditations and affirmations.

Is BirthWyn medical advice?

No. BirthWyn offers comfort and encouragement. It isn’t medical or psychological advice and doesn’t replace your doctor, midwife or mental health professional. If anything feels wrong, contact your provider or call 911. In the US, you can call or text 988 for mental health support at any time.
